The Lazy 8 marble track

The Lazy 8 is a valuable tool to help with a range of developmental skills:

- Crossing the midline of the body -

- helping build strong hand eye co-ordination -

- develop eye tracking skills -

- bi-lateral co-ordination skills -

- build strong letter formation and smooth writing -

The Lazy 8 is also the underlying shape for learning letter formation. Either running your finger round the Lazy 8 track or using a marble is a fun and simple activity to help your child develop a range of visual and motor skills.

This solid plastic Lazy 8 can help your child to become more aware of the two sides of the body, build visual skills and help with the development of smooth reading and writing. This is a very rhythmic and calming activity to also help with building attention.

The centre of the Lazy 8 is ideally in the centre of the body which really helps the eyes to track across the central or lateral midline.
