ABOUT LEARNING SOLUTIONS

Learning Solutions is an organisation established in 1996 to help individuals to reach their true potential through the use of developmental movement, sound stimulation and perceptual motor programmes.

We offer professional accredited training programmes in Brain Gym^® as well as to become a Certified Provider of The Listening Program. Working with many health and education professionals, Learning Solutions offers continued support to our network of trained Providers.

Learning Solutions offers both training for professionals and schools and assessment and consultations for individuals with learning challenges and sensory processing difficulties. Over many years, Primary and Secondary Schools in the UK and internationally have benefited from our INSET and training packages as well as workshops for children.

Located in Bradford, Yorkshire, we are the UK & Eire representatives for The Listening Program^® and the Learning Breakthrough Program^®.

Alan Heath BSc. (Hons) Psych Alan Heath is our consultant and trainer. With a background in psychology and NLP, he has spent many years training extensively in the areas of sensory integration, bi-lateral integration, primitive reflexes and sound therapies with a particular interest in the integration and processing of sensory information at a neurodevelopmental level. Alan presents at most of the major Educational Conferences in the UK and works extensively in schools in the UK and internationally, training teachers in Brain Gym, The Listening Program, accelerated learning and auditory processing. Alan develops effective remediation programmes using sound stimulation and a range of movement work and is the author of "Beating Dyslexia A Natural Way" published in 1997. Suzanne Heath Suzanne is married with 3 children. She has worked for Learning Solutions since its inception in 1996 and has the pleasure of being married to Alan! Suzanne is a trained Reflexologist and Reiki practitioner and is fully trained in The Listening Program (TLP) and Bone Conduction. Her role within Learning Solutions is to help those who enquire about our work and especially to assist The Listening Program trained providers with any questions they may have. Suzanne is also the Company Secretary and is responsible for the company accounts as well as all other financial areas. Louise Lakes Louise has been an integral part of the Learning Solutions team since 2003. She is involved in the general day to day administration for helping both clients and trained providers with our programmes. Louise is often the voice at the end of the phone and always happy to help. Louise is married with a daughter, Alana 3 and is also the proud step mother to Jordan, 17. Having had the opportunity to become a TLP Certified Provider and to have attended many of Alan’s training courses in areas such as Brain Gym® and Accelerated learning, she has a wonderful depth of knowledge to answer all your queries. Louise has a background in Gymnastics coaching and also the IT industry.
